What is a "Digital Specialist?"
Every SwitchTower Digital Specialist is specifically trained to service and maintain "all things digital". Our specialists are dedicated to providing excellent care for both you and your systems. We want you to be truly satisifed with our work, which is always reflected by our knowledgable and friendly staff.
In what areas is service available?
SwitchTower currently services Los Angeles, Ventura and Orange Counties as well as parts of San Bernadino and Riverside Counties. We will always alert you upfront if a long distance service fee applies.
Does SwitchTower sell hardware?
Although SwitchTower is not a mainstream hardware retailer, we do obtain components for our customer's needs. We purchase direct from wholesalers in order to keep prices low.
What should one expect?
Every specialist will arrive with a smile, ready to tackle any digital challenge you may have. During the entire process, feel free to communicate with your technician, as they are always willing to relay information regarding the entire process. We do ask however, that you have provide adequate working room - and that there is ample access to all the devices requiring service. At the end of the service call, the specialist will discuss the work performed, any future recommendations, and make sure that you are completely satisfied. You can always request the same technician for future service.

Is the service guaranteed?
Do to the digital nature of our repairs, our guarantees vary from service to service. You can discuss the guarantee with your specialist, or contact us directly for more information. Rest assured that if there is any problem with our service, we'll fix it immediately.
